Why We Give

Giving is good. By giving of our time, talent, and treasure, we strive to be leaders of generosity in our community, creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all of God's children to worship, learn, grow, and explore their faith. Giving from what we have not only enhances our ability to do ministry together, but practicing generosity also changes us as individuals. ​

E-giving
E-giving is sometimes referred to as “faithful giving” because the offering is sent to the church even when a member is on vacation or unable to attend church for some other reason. See the church office to sign-up for e-giving.

In-Person or By Mail
You can also give to Hayshire United Church of Christ at our gatherings on Sundays or by mail. If you would like to mail in your finances, please make out the check to Hayshire United Church of Christ and mail it to:

Grocery Gift Cards

Grocery gift cards are available for both Giant and Weis Markets. Giant cards can be used for food and gasoline, and Weis cards can be used for food and postage stamps. With the purchase of each card, you are supporting the ministry of Hayshire UCC!

​Gift cards are available for purchase after worship in the gathering area and in the church office during office hours. Payment to be made at the time of purchase in the form of cash or money order made payable to Hayshire UCC.
