Worship at Hayshire is a time for everyone to gather together, no matter who you are or where you are on your life journey. We gather to learn, pray, sing, listen, and be present. Our worship style is a relaxed, conversational, and fun approach to traditional structure and language.
ChoirCalling all those who love to sing and praise the Lord through music! We’re always looking for new members to join our choir. We sing both classic and contemporary songs during Sunday morning worship (except during our Summer Worship Schedule) and have rehearsal on Wednesday nights at 7pm.
We do not hold auditions and you do not need to be a member to participate. Everyone ages 12+ are welcome to join! |
CommunionOn the first Sunday of each month, we practice communion where we hear, taste, touch and receive the grace of God revealed through Jesus Christ. It is a joyous act of thanksgiving for all God has done, is doing, and will do for all of creation. It is our chance to meet Jesus at the table and have a meal with him and each other, as we are renewed by the Spirit once again.
We practice communion by intinction, meaning everyone is invited to come forward and tear a piece of bread from a shared loaf and dip it in either white wine or red juice. For those who are unable to come forward, we will bring everything to you in your seat. We also provide a gluten free option so all can enjoy the feast. |
